Driver was a little peaved that we went to a different pick up location. We were in a new place with having no idea where we were we asked an attended for help who sent us to a pick up location. The wrong one obviously… anyway. He wanted to argue about it for a minute. Then he calmed down and was actually a great guy. Very nice and funny. But I will say ease up on us visitors. We are new to the area.

I was dissatisfied with the companies recommendation on the type and number of vehicles needed based on my chat request. We were told to order 2 minivans for 3 adults with carryons and 3 bike boxes. One minivan would have been enough but had to pay for the second one that was not needed. Even though I showed the driver my chat conversation. He called his boss and they were not willing to cancel the extra van. Not the drivers fault but the information given from Roman at the company to me for my online order. I felt taken advantage of by the company. I needed to get to the airport which we did as promised with my reservation. Would not use them again.

The hotel strongly recommends not using a cash machine in the airport, and states the driver will take you to a reasonable cash exchange or ATM on the way to your destination. But instead I was told by the driver I should get cash in the airport. The fees of using the airport ATM are about the same as the ride itself. So no, I’d not recommend this for people who are arriving without local currency. The ride itself and driver were fine. There should not be a statement saying the driver will take you to a decent cash exchange, since that is apparently not what happens.
