I was confused by the instructions regarding which terminal to meet my driver. My flight originated in US, transferred in Iceland. I went to terminal 1 to meet the driver by mistake. I think the instructions would be more clear if they said, "Find your driver in the terminal you arrive in" instead of defining by departure country. The driver was patient and kind regarding my confusion. The dispatcher was neither patient nor kind to me or the driver.
