We used the transportation only going back to the airport. We scheduled two vans as we were 4 adults, 3 children and one baby. One of the drivers was great and the other was driving like crazy and wasn't nice. Since we had children, we asked for 4 child seats as our children are young. Instead of 4 seats we got only 3 and although it was the drivers responsibility to bring the child seats, one of the drivers rushed us and accused us of being late. When we scheduled the vans and asked for the child steas from the hotel, we specifically explained which kind of seats we need that suit our children's age. However we got seats that should be used for older children. So overall, I wouldn't recommend using the hotel transportation because if you have young children coming with you, they don't have the needed safety equipment for your child and if you are going on your own, just use public transportation

Everything was good - the driver was there 10 minutes early and drove us to the airport very well with a very nice small talk

The transportation was as smooth as possible. Our driver Mustafa is a very kind and helpful man and he really cared about our comfort throught the trip. I would definitely recommend him to my friends when they visit. 10/10
