At receiving, he was complaining about our luggage, 2 carry on and 2 regular bags, second we ask for 2 minutes to relax and he replied having only 4 minutes parking paid.....he took a carry on and ran out the arrivals receiving room, we followed him and we reached an escalator that was out of service, we had no choice to carry all the luggage all up thru the upper floor......why? There is no elevator there?....then we realized he parked the car at the departure floor instead of the arriving level....overall it was a very bad experience for us.
