The driver arrived at 17:30 when we had booked 17:45, 4 of us where down at 17:45 and my daughter and me were three minutes late and my husband told me the driver had screamed in an unproper manner to my oldest daughter saying the transfer is of 20 minutes and 3 minutes late is not acceptable, also my daughter asked if she could go in the front and he said no very unpolitely saying they were six seats on the back and to finish the horrible experience he decided to drop us outside the airport in front of terminal 1 but outside in front of a hotel when we told him we were going to terminal 2. In my opinión we have never experienced such an tremendous treatment on a transfer and I hope measures will be taken. Best regards
