Due to a plane departure delay we had to change our arranged time just a half-hour before the scheduled pick up, which was easy to do by following the instructions, and it worked perfectly. We were picked up right at our door in old-town Prague and had a great ride to the airport. The driver was great, and we had a great conversation as well.
