My flight arrived on time but customs took so long I was scared the driver would leave me. But I called the hotline to let them know and when I got through the driver was still there waiting and was very friendly!

Loved that the driver called me to ensure I was still coming as there were long lines to get through passport control. Was happy he called me to check that I had arrived and he was very patient waiting for me which I appreciated after a very long flight.
