Client´s opinions

On the arrival both drivers were more or less all right, even if they spoke little english, and having cars with a strong smell of cigarets (one at least was a smoker). We expected better presentation from them and better Van but it was more or less OK. The worse was at the departure. We had the appointment at 9.00am, 4 guests were on time but not the others. This is our fault and we apologize many times to both drivers. 1 driver manage to leave at 9.10am with 4 guests. The second one was still waiting for the other customer, alone in the Van with a lady. He spoke to her very badly, has been very rude and impolite, despite she apologize and were sorry for this situation!!! As soon as I arrived (9.20am) I apologize as well and said to him that if it was a to big problem for him to wait for the last 5 guest, I would pay him the transfert to carry one working and will take another taxi, he refused spoke badly one more time and went out for a cigaret. The rest of the guest arrived and we leaved at 9.30. I can understand that to be late 20-30 minutes is not nice for the driver (even if I repeat we apologize many times) but it doesn't give hime in any case the right to behave like this with a customer (even worse with a lady). We have paid, were are Clients, were are not his friends and he is not our Father. I just think he has a lack of education in his youth?! The kind of people has not to work with customers. I'm sorry but I won't advice your company to any people arriving in Praha and on the other hand will be sure that they won't call it.

The car was a bit small for 4 people.
