The 2 drivers arrived on time It was really convenient that a driver waited for us in a passenger reception hall instead of looking for a taxi .

Service was exactly as promoted (on time and clean car) however I admittedly went to wrong pick up location. Both the person texting me and the driver were rude with regards to my error. Not how I wanted to be treated after 15 hours of travel and arriving in Prague for the first time. Again, it was 100% my error, but their response was was insulting. Glad I had not signed up for return trip in advance. If I had I would have canceled.
