Lovely driver and good trip apart from overcharged €38 instead of €34

The driver is rude. I was talking over the phone with the person I am going to visit with the address I provided with the hotel staff and I was asking him if how far we are to the meeting place, instead to answer directly and start the car, he was reprimanding us if it is alright to keep him waiting? He did not left until he hear from us telling him an apology while I am over the phone, my husband apologize and I said it's alright we will compensate. Then he drove us off after a couple of minutes after I repeat to gave him the adress. He is really rude, while we are on the way he keep on mumbling he said again, is it alright to keep him waiting for 15minutes, and I need to ask him again if how far are we to the address given to him. He said, I dunno....maybe 8-10minutes. And said again, don't you think this is the time that you should say "sorry"? Did you not receive my message? Man, I am talking over the phone. I ended my call, I said I'm sorry we just arrived and this is our first day in Prague. And I just read his message. I did not know that he messaged. Then he drop us at the wrong address. I said is this correct? He said yes this is the address you gave me. I said no, I gave it to the hotel staff and they contact you. I said, where is the entrance of the Unibank? He said, Just at the back of that bldg. Okay I said, how much? He said I think the hotel paid it already, then I apologize to him, I said, Again I am sorry Petr for keeping you wait u know we just arrived today and is our first day in Prague. I am still undoing my luggage. When I received a call from the hotel staff we went down directly. Then we got off the car and walk at the back but I did not see the Unibank. I took my phone and google map it. Man, it is 3blocks across and I am in my 3inches heels. I have to walk 3 blocks from the tower going to Unibank. And it is our first time and first day in Prague. It is a 5minutes walk in my high heels. That driver is rude and drop us off at the wrong address. Even if he waited long, we are going to pay or compensate him. He has no right to scold us and drop us at the wrong address.

The driver is polite waiting for us until we arrived, but next time just advise him to be careful for always having a sudden break to every traffic intersection and maintain a safe distance at all times.

I ordered two baby seats for 3 year old and 6 month old and instead driver came with one booster and one for three years old, I had to sit both kids in inappropriate seat.
