The driver arrived very early at the time of our flight arrival and was pressuring us with extra fees for a delay. However, we waited in a long line through immigration and did not take any extra time after waiting for our luggage. There was no way for us to exit more quickly and this pressure from the driver was unwelcome after a long travel day. Maybe the driver does not need to arrive exactly at the time of landing because there will be an understandable delay through taxiing to the gate, immigration, and picking up luggage.
