The driver had a terrible attitude when my brother closed the trunck of the car. First of all, not all cars around the world have a button to open/close the trunck, so is fair to say we didn’t knew we shouldn’t close it like in the conventional style, but either way, the reaction was totally violent and uncalled for. He didn’t even spoke English so we couldn’t explain that it was an accident and he was doing hand gestures (I assumed insulting us in Czech). My brother didn’t do it on propose. Terrible experience.
