One of the drivers arrived 15 minutes later than promised. Additionally, we wanted to be dropped off in the city center instead of the appartment (since we could not enter yet), but the driver refused to do this. The reason he gave was "longer ride", but the ride itself was actually 10 min shorter than to the appartment… Additionally, he kept on pushing us to change our money with him instead of the official instances.
