Thomas was friendly and punctual but his driving was erratic and fast.. it was not a smooth journey like we had when Mustafa drove us ! We drive emergency vehicles in our jobs but didn't feel totally safe with Thomas' driving style!!

Very good and reliable service. Drivers are punctual and very polite, with cars in good condition. A little pricy compared to Uber, but way more reliable (especially if you need large car -SUV or Van). I would definitely recommend the service to anyone traveling to Prague.

The driver took us yo the wring terminal, although we told him that the flight was at the other one.
Moreover, he was asking for more money from us than what the email was saying, claiming that the euros to koronas rate has increased. When we paid him he didn't had money to give us change

The was about 5 to 10 minutes late, so we panicked when we came out and did not see someone holding up my name.
I had to ask the tourist information twice about what to do twice. I was about to call the company but at that time i got his WhatsApp about waiting in a cafe where i had no idea about the location. In fact i later realised that it was just on the left side of the exit. It wasn’t a perfect way to be greeted and picked up. However the driver was pleasant and courteous!
