Driver did not contact us before hand. Starting to think he was not coming and we noticed that he was a little rude to the work party. Otherwise all ok

My trip from Prague to Karlovy Vary took about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Overall, the service was excellent and the car arrived exactly on time. I would like to give special praise to my driver Ondra, who was extremely polite, respectful, and a very skilled driver. Thanks to him, the journey felt safe and pleasant, and the car was also clean and well-kept. However, there are a few points that could be improved: 1. The seats were not very comfortable for a longer trip; providing seat cushions or small pillows would help a lot. 2. There was no air conditioning for the back seats, only from the front, which made the temperature uneven. 3. The car did not have charging ports (USB) or Wi-Fi, which are essential for today’s travelers. 4. Offering small bottles of water would also be a nice touch. Overall, it was a very good experience mainly thanks to Ondra’s professionalism, but I would recommend upgrading the car’s equipment to improve passenger comfort on longer journeys. Mona

Excellent driver who was there 15mins ahead of pick up time, spoke excellent English and was very pleasant. Noted him also discretely checking the status of our flight en route and he indicated to us the correct terminal etc. Excellent service and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Good service! Although delayed flight, the taxi driver was at the airport as we (group of 6 women) arrived. He was a very pleasant person, he gave many informations during the ride and gave us good tips for visiting Prague. Thanks to the taxi driver!!

The driver was polite and a nice person. The only thing why I did not give her the full points is because the driving was not very smouth although I know it can be partly because of the traffic in the city.
