Our driver was Michael and he was v good! Drove safely and right to the doorstep of T2 for our return journey. Because our flight got cancelled, we ended up staying an additional night and needed airport transfer again. We got another person, who was not so nice — he dropped us at some parking area and we had to walk over to T2.

We were charged twice for the trip, once from the room and then the driver told us we needed to pay him even though i said i thought we already paid. Please sort this out and refund us for paying twice
